I am Lauren Tayla, I’m a 28-year-old racing driver from Stockton on Tees.
I started racing at 9 years old in corporate karts and very quickly caught the motorsport bug, I continued into club and regional championships from the age of 11 to 16 gaining great consistent results throughout. For the next 11 years, I took time to concentrate on finding my career path and completing my family unit.

My mission is to prove that parents, mothers and women are just as worthy of being in motorsport, on the podiums and being champions just as much as everyone else, that we belong.
Every year we see an increase in women in the motorsport industry which is one of my main goals in my career, to encourage and inspire ALL generations of women to get involved in what they love and chase their dreams.
With my level of determination and skill along with the backing of a multi BTCC championship-winning team, Team Dynamics Motorsport, combined with a Multi Championship winning team A Reeve Motorsport - I strongly believe it is achievable and i would love for you to follow my motorsport journey.
